ZRD-150 is a calcium soap product with medium fat content, for a total reduction of 75% or less, single-pass compression rate does not exceed 22% in the process of wire drawing, mainly for cold heading wire, spring steel wire, steel wire rope drawing.

Application:

The speed when drawing big size wire can reach 100-360m/min,when drawing small size wire can reach 720-800m/min.Stem pull last in tank can improve the quality of steel wire and reduce the mould consumption. |
