Overview:
ZRD - 168 sodium calcium soap lubricant which is made of a small amount of sodium stearate and calcium stearate, anti-wear agents and a variety of additives by a special process synthesis, mainly used for pickling free nail drawing, rope wire making, prestressed steel wire, gas shielded welding wire, tire edge wire, stainless steel wire drawing.

Application:
For mechanical descaling, phosphate and boron coated treatment,, mainly used in the first few passes of drawing, also can be used in the whole drawing process. The film is thin and the rough size drawing speed is 60-160m/min, the small size drawing speed can be up to 720-900m/min. For low-carbon steel wire drawing, the speed can be up to 600-840m/min. |
