Overview:
ZRO-PLUS-1 Stainless steel drawing emulsified oil is based on a mineral oil , add sulfur-chlorine extreme pressure agents, eutectic bowls additives and a variety of surfactant. Suitable for Austenitic stainless steel.

1: Good emulsifying properties, good operating performance.
2: Because it contain sulfur and chlorine, when the product that require heat treatment after drawing products, preferably cleaning.
3: Containing eutectic bowls additives, low friction. smooth surface of steel wire.
Instructions:
1: When in the tank drawing, formulated with demineralized water at a concentration of 1% -5% (w / w).
2: When drawing with stoste, if the wire is dimmed, could dilution, can be used for different kinds of steel with 1% to 50% concentration.
3: If the oil layer is stratified, mix well and use. |
