Overview:
ZRCK-70 is a new kind of coating,have no harmful ingredients boron, phosphorus, etc., can replace conventional coating phosphate, borax, lime.
advantage:
1.chemical changes do not occur. Concentration can be directly measured by refractometer.

Instructions:
ZRCK-70 was dissolved in hot water 80-90� the dosage of 150g/L-250g/L, usually refractometers concentration of 11-18.5%, PH value of 9.5 ± 0.5. In case using no longer, in 40�keep warm, or without keep warm (as appropriate). If not bring into a lot of residual acid solution, can be used for about a year.
Consumption: ¢6.5 wire rod is generally consumed about 0.8-1kg/ton. ¢5.5 wire rod is generally consumed at around 0.9-1.2kg/ton |
